The first two sessions of the training were dedicated to a thorough review of the leadership concept among Youth, and it started with a debate of whether great leaders are born or made. The discussion was very interesting and challenging one since all participants have been able to share their views on the concept of leadership. As a matter of the current situations of many Young Peoples to engage in Political Leadership and expose their leadership potentials within their parties, the discussion concentrated on the current crisis in leadership. Since it is seemed that many Young People who dedicated themselves to represent their parties for nomination of local Councilors as well as Members of the House of Representatives; many of these youth who are capable were not nominated by their parties.
